In 2011, AST introduced the CVe Monitor™ System, which, by connecting to the CVe OnDemand™ software, provides comprehensive reports of a mould’s performance and activity from anywhere in the world.

To further advance mould management, the CVe Monitor now offers the following functionalities:

• Mould makers can set initial and subsequent maintenance actions to ensure the mould is being properly cared for
• The CVe enables users to view and download data and reports in any of four languages: English, German, Mandarin and Spanish.

AST also recently added a 2GB flash drive for storing mould performance reports, drawings, setup sheets, and other critical documentation.

 The CVe Monitor gathers such valuable information as cycle times and counts, percentage of activity versus downtime, downtime date ranges, maintenance increments, and more. One can either view mould data directly from the CVe or download it via its mini USB port in order to drive comprehensive reporting.
